L'Autre Chose

Brown saddle leather and orange woven wool pumps with 3 inch heel, purchased at Otto Tootsie Plohound Nolita in New York.  From Fall 2004.  L'autre chose means the other thing. (thanks Francaise)
Can't find their website for anything but view Spring 2006 collection here .

I have a pair of o l'autre chose shoes which seem to be called luxor gao.
Has anybody know what it means?
